We do not accept any form of payment online for your order, you simply pay the restaurant as you would normally. We will never sell, share or give your personal information to any third party for any reason.

Legal Statement
Any meal ordered and placed by you in the manner described by foodcity is an offer by you to purchase a meal from a specific restaurant for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified by Foodcity at the time you place your order. Restaurant prices, delivery and other charges displayed by Foodcity are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. We encourage restaurants to keep us informed of menu changes however if an order is placed from a restaurant and their prices vary from prices that are listed on this website it is then up to the restaurant as to which price they will use.

Foodcity reserves the right to accept or reject any order if certain circumstances arise including, an error in the price or the product description, an error in your order or the inability to make payment.
